RnR issues when using iNotes

There are a number of issues we've reported that don't work when users are on iNotes. Specifically if you have to approve reservations when the room is over capacity (you get a warming that the room capacity and to go back to approve or decline, but there is no option to approve. Once you do click on it and try, you get a object variable not set and all you can do is leave it or decline it. Then there is the issue where if you are the room owner and have previously approved a reservation and you now need to boot the person out of the room, you can Delcine but the system does not notify the meeting chair and does not change the RSVP status for the room on their calendar. There are a number of others as well that we have reported. We have over 18K users all on iNotes and over 300 rooms & resources. These issues clearly indicate a broken feature, but development wants a pound of flesh along with a huge justification to fix these things. I realize that on the iNotes config tab the option that allows or prevent access to RnR was put there to allow people to prevent access to RnR from iNotes, but since it is allowed, it should work and we should not have to go through all kinds of over the top justifications with our AVL to get them fixed.
